Working Description of the Intercom System

Our Lift Intercom System ensures effective two-way communication between the lift car and all
landing intercom units

Scenario 1: Call Triggered from the Lift Car

• When a call is initiated from the Lift Car, all intercom systems on the landings will ring
• simultaneously.
• If a person at any landing presses their intercom button, the call connects, and
• communication begins.
• The person in the landing must keep the button pressed to make their voice audible
• inside the Lift Car.
• The person in the Lift Car can speak without needing to press any button.

Scenario 2: Call Triggered from a Landing

• When a call is initiated from any landing, it will automatically connect to the Lift Car.
• The person at the landing must continuously press their intercom button to ensure
• their voice is audible inside the Lift Car.
• The Lift Car occupant can respond without pressing any additional buttons.

Speaker Box Installation
